Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
• PMP certificate (Preferred).
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts.
• Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e-learning and video.
• Experience with Asana Project Management Platform, or proven experience with a similar intake and project management tool.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Amazon Learn or similar LMS back-end administration).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for L&D within network PMO processes across SSD and GFC, integrating into Operations PMO mechanisms.
• Own the L&D project intake process, serving as the first gate for go/no-go decisions on training solutions.
• Create and maintain the L&D project sizing matrix mapping business need to training solutions with timelines.
• Build and manage ASANA as the L&D PMO mechanism with cadence, reviews, and deliverables.
• Develop internal processes for weekly project reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation paths.
• Build a metrics system for on-time completion, training effectiveness, and business impact.
• Ensure L&D solutions meet internal quality and design standards through content review.
• Represent L&D to external stakeholders up to VP level, communicating timelines and capacity.
• Influence across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Align with CLS content standards and host content in CLS Content Studio.
• Advocate for L&D value with data-driven PMO reporting.
• Maintain flexibility to prioritize business-need initiatives.
