Carta is seeking a Senior KYC Analyst for its Inbound Compliance team in Sandy, Utah. You will own complex KYC engagements end to end, coordinating with asset managers and investors while ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.

You will mentor junior analysts, help evolve processes, monitor evolving AML/KYC rules across EU, UK, US, and manage documentation in Carta systems. A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with high-volume requests.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on AML/KYC experience
• Strong regulatory knowledge across AML/KYC frameworks
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and build processes
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Own complex KYC engagements end to end, from intake to delivery
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness and compliance
• Maintain accurate records in Carta systems and elevate where needed
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply changes
• Lead by example to improve team processes and documentation
