Job summary

Circle is seeking a senior AML/KYC leader to oversee corporate customer due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing review programs within a fast‑moving fintech and crypto environment.

You will build and lead a team of KYC analysts, partner with product and engineering, and drive AI-enabled workflow enhancements while ensuring regulatory defensibility and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of AML and KYC review experience for corporate clients.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of analysts.
• 2+ years of crypto experience.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools within compliance workflows.
• Bachelor's degree; quantitative or data-oriented degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer KYC, onboarding, and periodic due diligence processes.
• Manage case volumes across workflows to meet SLAs.
• Lead and review Customer Risk Acceptance memos with actionable feedback.
• Lead and develop a team of KYC analysts for quality and consistency.
• Partner with Commercial, Engineering, and Product teams to scale compliance tools.
