Job summary

Circle seeks an experienced leader to head AML/KYC operations, overseeing onboarding and ongoing reviews for complex corporate clients. You will shape risk-based decision processes, document control frameworks, and drive efficiency with AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

10+ years of AML/KYC experience for corporate customers including scalable governance
3+ years of team leadership managing analysts
2+ years of crypto experience and AI-enabled tools in compliance workflows

Responsibilities

Oversee customer KYC onboarding and periodic reviews, including policies and procedures.
Manage case volumes and SLAs across workflows.
Lead the drafting of risk acceptance memos with clear, decision-ready writeups.
Build and mentor a high-performing KYC team with consistent quality.
Review client programs and controls, address gaps with stakeholders.
Design and implement AI-driven improvements to KYC workflows.
Coordinate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams.
