Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevSecOps with automation focus.
• Hands-on Kubernetes/OpenShift administration and coding.
• Strong Go/Python background and API development experience.
• CI/CD and GitOps tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms for on‑prem, bare‑metal, and hybrid clouds.
• Develop Operators, APIs, and developer tooling for self‑service platform capabilities.
• Write IaC and automation in Go, Python, and Ansible to reduce toil.
• Implement GitOps pipelines using Argo CD, Tekton, GitHub, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Enhance reliability with monitoring, observability, and auto‑recovery mechanisms.
• Build observability dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, ELK/Splunk.
• Collaborate with architects and teams; mentor junior/senior developers.
