Job summary

ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group (ATG) in Santa Clara seeks a skilled engineer to build AI/ML driven enterprise experiences. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions across the platform, empowering 5k+ customers worldwide to work smarter and faster.

You will own design, implementation, testing and delivery of high-quality software, focusing on scalable, observable services in production Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Go or Python and design patterns.
• Experience building products using challenging algorithms.
• Coding efficient, object-oriented, modular software.
• Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
• Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.

Responsibilities

• Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services.
• Collaborate daily with a team of developers, product managers and quality engineers to produce high-quality software.
