Job summary

Purestorage is seeking a Portworx Cloud Native Architect to lead customer engagements, delivering deep Kubernetes expertise and Day 2 data management workflows across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. You will present strategic solutions, coach teams, and drive adoption of Everpure technologies.

The role emphasizes senior customer-facing leadership, hands-on Kubernetes and cloud deployments, and a passion for simplifying complex problems into actionable roadmaps with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing architect with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven ability to coach and influence teams without authority.
• 5+ years Linux administration or development experience.
• 3+ years Kubernetes administration with KCNA or higher.
• Fluent with OpenShift, Rancher, and cloud IaaS (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with Ansible, Terraform, Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding data platforms for HA business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical and business expertise to customers using Kubernetes and data platforms.
• Lead Day 2 data management workflows and cross-cloud deployments.
• Present big-picture solutions and drive customer outcomes with Everpure technologies.
