Job summary

Everpure invites a Principal Services Solution Architect to lead the global Advanced Services strategy for Kubernetes and cloud-native storage, shaping repeatable consulting offerings for enterprise customers on the Everpure Platform.

You will transform customer challenges into scalable architectures, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, and enable global delivery with strong technical leadership across OpenShift and virtualization technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in professional services, solution architecture, or technology transformation.
• Expert‑level mastery of Kubernetes architectures, container platforms, Linux, and virtualization.
• Deep architectural understanding of persistent data, software-defined storage, and data protection.
• Strong ability to influence across executive clients, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Domain Strategy & Roadmap: Establish and own the global Advanced Services strategy for Kubernetes, cloud-native storage, modern virtualization, and Portworx by Everpure, aligning service innovations with product priorities and market expansion.
• Architect & Validate MVPs: Design, pilot, and validate solution services through strategic customer engagements, transforming complex challenges into market-tested frameworks.
• Build Scalable Consulting Offerings: Mature pilots into standardized Professional Services packages with defined scopes, delivery methodologies, success criteria, and enablement assets.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Serve as the definitive technical authority on container platforms, storage, and virtualization across enterprise opportunities with Sales, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
• Enable Global Delivery: Partner with regional/global delivery to transition offerings into execution, providing specialist support and defining skill methodologies.
