Job summary

Foot Locker in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Kronos Engineer to design, implement, test, and maintain Kronos workforce management solutions across stores and corporate.

You will lead configuration and integration of UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central, and related modules, perform audits, develop reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, pay rules, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Sr. Engineer: 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years with UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0+ (prefer 8.1)
• 5+ years with UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting
• 5+ years with UKG Workforce Integration Manager and/or Boomi Integration Services
• 3+ years with Service Release installations and upgrades
• 3+ years with UKG Pro WFM Dashboards and Tiles
• 2+ years with UKG custom report writing

Responsibilities

Senior Kronos Engineer job at Foot Locker. Irving, TX. Overview

As a Senior Engineer in our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality systems and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's objectives. This role is accountable for Kronos initiatives, developing Kronos strategies, fostering relationships, guiding technical decisions, and integrated Kronos function tied to Workforce Planning, Payroll Process and Global HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support, analyze the performance of Kronos workforce systems processes and procedures, implementing process improvements accordingly.
• Lead department processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of US store volume and labor forecasts, time and attendance systems, project management, configuration and administration of schedule and pay rules, and alignment with enterprise payroll systems.
• Conduct audits of the Kronos workforce system to ensure accuracy with pay rules, schedule rules, and attendance policies.
• Configure workforce management system to properly support the profile needs of the business and ensure all end user access is configured with the appropriate level of access.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure Kronos workforce systems and data objects are configured, tested, audited, and maintained, emphasizing data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy and timing of feeds integrated through Kronos.
• Develop and modify workforce management system reporting to ensure reporting needs are in line with store and corporate information requirements.
• Configure, test, and administer interface and integration tables used in data exchange.
• Provide timely and proactive practical solutions to deliver the Kronos workforce systems processes to the Foot Locker Brands.
• Lead user acceptance testing of application changes or updates.
• Respond to ServiceNow requests providing system resolution for Workforce Systems configuration and administration issues.

Qualifications

• Sr. Engineer: 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience with configuration and support of UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0 or higher. Prefer WFC 8.1 experience.
• 5+ years of experience with configuration and support of UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting.
• 5+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Integration Manager and/or Boomi Integration Services
• 3+ years of experience with Service Release installations and upgrades
• 3+ years of experience with configuration of UKG Pro WFM Dashboards and Tiles
• 2+ years of experience with UKG custom report writing

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $140,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
