This role involves collaborating with operations to optimize configurations and ensure alignment with compliance. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in Kronos, particularly with timekeeping modules, and will lead functional designs and configurations. Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll processes is also essential. The role offers remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, focusing on timekeeping.
• Deep understanding of timekeeping, accrual, scheduling, and pay rules in Kronos Dimensions.
• Experience with the Kronos Activity Module for labor tracking and cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate WFM requirements.
• Lead functional design, configuration, and Pay rule testing.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues.
