Job summary

Fugetron Corporation seeks a Senior Kore.ai Developer / Conversational AI Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Kore.ai bots. You will lead multi-turn dialog flows, tune NLP models, and implement seamless backend API integrations across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.

You will collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver omnichannel conversational experiences, including chat and voice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2+ years strictly focused on the Kore.ai Platform.
• Proven track record in building enterprise-grade bots on Kore.ai (Dialog Tasks, Action Tasks, Knowledge Graph, Entity Extraction, and Context Management).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) for inline bot logic, payload transformation, and custom scripts.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML parsing, OAuth2 authentication, and API troubleshooting (using Postman or cURL).
• Experience configuring Kore.ai Web SDK / Mobile SDK for embedding chat interfaces into web and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD automated deployment workflows for bot export/import across Dev, QA and Production environments.
• Kore.ai Certified Developer credential.

Responsibilities

• Dialog & Flow Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain complex multi-turn dialog flows, sub-intents, and contextual bot conversations using the Kore.ai XO Platform.
• NLU/NLP Tuning: Configure and continuously optimize Kore.ai's NLP engine engines (Fundamental Meaning, Machine Learning, and Knowledge Graph) to achieve high intent recognition accuracy and entity extraction precision.
• API & System Integration: Develop custom JavaScript node logic, Webhooks, and REST/SOAP service integrations to connect Kore.ai bots with enterprise CRM, ERP, ticketing, and cloud data systems.
• Omnichannel Deployment: Configure and deploy bot instances across multi-channel endpoints (Web SDK, Mobile SDKs, MS Teams, WhatsApp, Genesys/Avaya IVR, and REST API channels).
• Voicebot & IVR Integration: Implement Voice Gateway, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) integrations for voice-driven conversational workflows where applicable.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Utilize Kore.ai Bot Analytics, unhandled intent reports, and drop-off metrics to identify bottlenecks and iteratively train/tune the bot models for higher containment rates.

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Conversational AI Developer with 4+ years of dedicated experience designing, building, and scaling enterprise conversational bots using the Kore.ai Virtual Assistant platform. In this role, you will lead the design of complex dialog flows, NLU/NLP models, multi-turn task execution, and seamless backend API integrations. You will work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and backend engineering teams to deliver intelligent, omnichannel conversational experiences (Chat & Voice) across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) / Generative AI features using Kore.ai's GenAI Studio or custom prompt engineering.
