Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, is seeking a skilled Conversational AI engineer to design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade chatbot solutions using Kore.ai. You will build AI agents, integrate with enterprise systems, and apply LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in chatbot/conversational AI development
• 3+ years with Kore.ai platform
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js and Python
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG and Vector Databases
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions
• Kore.ai Developer/Artemis certification preferred
• Banking/Financial services domain experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai platform
• Build and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore XO10, XO11 or Artemis
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and Prompt Engineering
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and Node.js
• Design and implement reusable conversational AI components and agent capabilities
• Integrate LLMs, Vector Databases and enterprise data sources into AI solutions
• Implement multi-agent orchestration and AI observability practices where required
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve AI response accuracy, stability and performance
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate with business, technology and product teams to deliver conversational AI use cases
