Qualifications

• 8+ years in knowledge/content management and administrative experience.
• Expertise in executive customer service and administrative support.
• Proficiency in content creation/curation and strategic writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of JDS’s knowledge and content management procedures.
• Coordinate project tracking and conference schedules.
• Support AWG by managing and maintaining the AWG website.
