Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Consultant to support the client's PMO with knowledge management, primarily leveraging MS SharePoint. You will coordinate with leadership and branch stakeholders to gather requirements, implement governance, and optimize information access and collaboration across platforms.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project management discipline, and operational process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of consulting, program management, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, or related advisory role.
• Experience with PMO workflows and knowledge management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and strategic guidance to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute client initiatives using project management best practices.
• Modernize and manage SharePoint environments and collaboration platforms.
• Develop knowledge management strategies to strengthen information sharing and retention.
• Gather requirements, translate into actionable solutions, and support mission objectives.
• Maintain centralized repositories for documents and artifacts; ensure accessibility.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and collaboration across divisions and workstreams.
• Establish standards and governance for knowledge management and project management tools.
