Job summary

Navigant is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Consultant to lead PMO knowledge management initiatives with a focus on SharePoint governance and process improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration, requirements gathering, and strategic adoption across projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in consulting or advisory roles, strong communication, and expertise with SharePoint, Jira/Maestro/Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools; federal/public trust eligibility is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five or more years' experience in consulting, program management, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, or related advisory role.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira/Maestro/Confluence, ServiceNow, and other collaboration platforms.
• Experience leading complex knowledge management environments; change management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management support for the client's PMO, focusing on governance, SOPs, and operational maturity.
• Develop and maintain centralized repositories, metadata structures, and taxonomies.
• Design requirements, user stories, and use cases; translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Advance SharePoint environments and collaboration platforms; improve user experience and accessibility.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Create training materials, briefing products, and adoption resources for knowledge management tools.
