Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• More than five years of relevant registered funds experience, preferably in a global or large law firm; in-house is possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management strategy for registered funds, coordinating with asset management teams.
• Build and maintain model documents, precedents, forms, checklists, and training materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practice tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and staff to identify workflow gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Support the use of legal technology and AI tools, evaluating use cases and applying professional judgment.
• Identify and recommend third-party resources to strengthen efficient advice.
• Develop and deliver training on registered funds topics and market developments.
• Prioritize KM projects based on legal importance and client impact.
• Develop client-facing materials and maintain document standards for knowledge resources.
• Promote consistent document standards and effective matter knowledge capture.
