Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the bar.
• More than five years of relevant registered funds experience preferred in a large firm or global context.
• Strong knowledge of the legal framework for registered investment companies and investment advisers.
• Ability to draft, review, and maintain high quality registered funds documents and materials.
• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence responsibly and ethically in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the registered funds knowledge management strategy.
• Build, update, and manage model documents, precedent collections, forms, and checklists.
• Monitor developments affecting registered funds and translate them into updates to tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with partners, counsel, associates, and staff to improve access to knowledge and workflows.
• Support the use of legal technology and AI tools in registered funds work.
• Identify and recommend third party resources to strengthen the practice.
• Develop and deliver training on registered funds topics and knowledge resources.
• Prioritize knowledge management projects based on importance and impact.
• Help develop client facing materials reflecting current market practice.
• Promote consistent document standards and strong knowledge maintenance.
