Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• More than five years of relevant registered funds experience; global or large firm preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the legal/regulatory framework for registered investment companies and advisers.
• Ability to draft, review, and maintain high quality registered funds documents and templates.
• Ability to track market developments and translate into guidance, training, and resources.
• Proficiency in using AI technologies responsibly while maintaining legal judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management strategy for the registered funds practice with leadership alignment.
• Build, update, and manage model documents, forms, checklists, and training materials.
• Monitor regulatory and market developments and update practice tools accordingly.
• Collaborate across lawyers and offices to close knowledge workflow gaps.
• Support responsible use of legal tech and AI within registered funds work.
• Develop client facing materials reflecting current market practice.
