Job summary

Page Executive in Boston seeks a senior Knowledge Management lead for its registered funds practice. You will shape the knowledge strategy, develop tools, and drive best-practice sharing across the legal team.

Ideal candidate has a JD with 5+ years advising on registered funds, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record in leveraging AI and legal tech to improve service delivery. This is a collaboration-heavy role with cross-office impact.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree and admission in good standing to the relevant bar.
  • 5+ years' experience advising on registered funds matters.
  • Strong knowledge of registered investment companies, fund governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience drafting and maintaining registered funds documentation, policies, disclosures, and precedents.
  • Ability to analyze legal and market developments and translate them into practical guidance and training.
  • Proficiency in the responsible and ethical use of AI and legal technology tools.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • More than five years' experience advising on registered funds matters, ideally within a large law firm or comparable in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of registered investment companies, investment advisers, fund formation, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience drafting and maintaining registered funds documentation, policies, disclosures, and precedents.
  • Ability to analyze legal and market developments and translate them into practical guidance and training.
  • Proficiency in the responsible and ethical use of AI and legal technology tools.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across practices and offices.
  • Demonstrated interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge-driven service delivery.
