Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to develop, govern, and maintain knowledge resources for FEHB/PSHB programs. You translate policies into clear articles, scripts, and job aids while ensuring QA and governance. This fully remote role requires US citizenship and a federal background check.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to close knowledge gaps, create templates, and support content evolution with a focus on protecting PII/PHI and adherence to program rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Develops solutions to complex problems with sound judgment.
• Experience in knowledge or content management in a contact center or CS environment.
• Familiarity with federal government programs or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Build document management processes and procedures.
• Assess knowledge base needs, inaccuracies, gaps; resolve promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate documentation content.
• Create hierarchy and ownership structure for knowledge management.
• Encourage stakeholder contributions to improve the knowledge base.
• Design and implement workflows for documentation processes.
• Establish standard templates for documentation.
• Collaborate with Implementation Team to tune the Knowledge Base.
• Create and apply best practices for writing and style in Microsoft style.
• Create training material to support knowledge management.
• Improve search results via taxonomy and subject terms.
• Utilize SharePoint knowledge for site and document management.
