Sodexo is hiring a Food Supervisor at a university on the Bridgewater campus to oversee food service operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, and events. You will coordinate routine work, supervise staff, and help maintain quality and customer satisfaction on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend work and be on time for scheduled shifts; reliability and consistency expected.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.
