Topdrawer is seeking a Senior Key Holder in Berkeley to support store leadership, open and close the store, and own merchandising, operations, and team development. This is a hands‑on, developmental role on the path to Assistant Store Manager—focused on service, storytelling, and operational excellence.

Whether refining the shop layout for a product launch or leading the team during peak hours, you help maintain the store’s energy, organization, and elevated customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience.
• Curious about retail operations and business decisions.
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor during opening/closing shifts and peak periods.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and training of new team members.
• Own key operational tasks such as inventory receiving, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with store planning and revenue goals.
