Job summary

Intuitive is a leading robotics company in minimally invasive surgery, committed to expanding physicians' capabilities and improving patient outcomes. We are seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to guide customers toward long-term operational success and to promote adoption of Intuitive's digital tools throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Contract & Tenders, Finance, Field Services, and R&D teams to ensure proactive support for Tier 1 accounts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required, with 5–10 years in account management, sales, marketing, or customer success.
• Ability to build relationships, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in MS Office and familiarity with SAP ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward long-term operational success through onboarding and best-practice education.
• Manage onboarding for selected customers and ensure effective use of services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor outcomes and administer quarterly business reviews.
• Advocate for customers and drive adoption of new product launches.
