Job summary

Alliant Energy Corporation in Beloit is seeking a hybrid Key Account Manager II to support major industrial and food-production customers in the Beloit and Janesville area. You will be in front of customers, learn their operations, and become a trusted partner in the communities they serve.

This role requires relationship-building, contract management, and energy-solution thinking. Travel is required; a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or economics or related area.
• 3 years of related experience in account management or energy sales preferred.
• Experience with commercial/industrial customers and contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with community and commercial and industrial customers; identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Research billing, energy use, pricing options, contracts, and utility investments for customers.
• Coordinate preparation and timely execution of customer contracts and service agreements.
