Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manages the relationship with community and commercial & industrial customers and develops energy efficiency opportunities.
• Performs research and analysis on billing, energy use, pricing options, contracts, and utility investments.
• Coordinates preparation and execution of utility contracts to meet customer needs.
• Maintains organized contacts and documents in the corporate records system for rapid responses.
• Engages with economic and community development personnel to pursue new load opportunities.
• Supports regulatory compliance and safety practices while delivering strong customer service.
