Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years sales/related experience in medical devices.
• Associate’s degree with 6+ years experience; or Bachelor’s with 4+ years.
• Experience in medtech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits.
• Communicates customer feedback to R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Leads and supports account management for large, multi-member teams.
