Job summary

Hazera is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead East Coast distributor relationships from Deerfield Beach, FL. You will drive joint business planning, growth strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio performance.

You will mentor three Sales and Product Development Specialists and coordinate with Marketing, Product Development, and Breeding teams to optimize launches and field trials. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive commercial experience in vegetable seeds, agricultural inputs, or related field with large accounts.
• Significant experience with major distributors and multi-level customer organizations across broad East Coast territories.
• Strong knowledge of grower decision-making, vegetable production, product positioning, field trials, and adoption.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with GenAI tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the commercial relationship with distributors as the senior partner for joint business planning and reviews.
• Develop annual and multi-year key account plans and joint growth strategies.
• Build trusted relationships across distributor leadership and field teams.
• Manage sales, pricing, and forecasts in line with company objectives and policies.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to expand Hazera’s market share.
