North Penn School District is seeking a Human Resources Specialist IV focused on Recruitment & HR Operations. This role leads district-wide full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and compliance with state and district standards.

You will collaborate with district leadership to build diverse talent pipelines and manage HR software systems. The position requires travel to represent the district at events and to coordinate with administrators and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Three (3)+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience; K-12 district preferred.
• Experience in public school district or government environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage district-wide, full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing across employee groups.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and licensing verifications.
• Maintain HRIS data, reports, and compliance with PDE regulations.
• Collaborate with district leadership to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Support salary placement, job classifications, and collective bargaining alignment.
• Travel to represent the district at events as needed.
