isseeking highly motivated, safety-focused Journeyman Electricians to joinour growing team on projects in Orlando and across Central Florida. Theideal candidate possesses strong commercial electrical experience, demonstratesexceptional craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-pacedconstruction environment.

PositionSummary:

This individual will beresponsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testingcommercial electrical systems while upholding Randall's commitment to safety,quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions:
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercialelectrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC),local codes, and project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electricaldrawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Install conduit systems including EMT,Rigid, PVC, MC Cable, and associated raceway systems.
  • Install and terminate electrical equipmentincluding panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, receptacles, andcontrol devices.
  • Perform electrical testing,troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
  • Identify and resolve electrical issueswhile maintaining project schedules.
  • Coordinate daily work with Foremen,Superintendents, Project Managers, and other construction trades.
  • Mentor apprentices by demonstrating properinstallation techniques, safe work practices, and quality workmanship.
  • Utilize company technology to completedaily reports, document field progress, record completed work, andcommunicate project updates.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Represent Randall professionally withcustomers, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and fellow team members.
  • Consistently deliver high-qualityworkmanship while maintaining productivity goals.
Desired Qualification Requirements and Attributes:
  • Minimumof 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with demonstratedleadership, quality workmanship, and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Thoroughknowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable localbuilding codes.
  • Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications,one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  • Proficientin the use of tablets, smartphones, and construction management softwarefor timekeeping, daily reports, project documentation, viewing drawings,punch lists, and team communication.
  • Strongtroubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to workeffectively with project teams, customers, inspectors, and other trades.
  • Validdriver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Abilityto pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background checkand drug screening.
  • OSHA10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
  • CPR/FirstAid Certification.
  • Experienceworking on healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, orlarge commercial construction projects.
  • Experienceoperating aerial lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
  • Experiencementoring apprentices and promoting a positive, team-oriented workenvironment.
  • Abilityto plan work efficiently, maintain productivity, and consistently deliverhigh-quality installations with minimal supervision.
  • Strongunderstanding of commercial electrical construction practices.
  • Commitmentto safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
