Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a senior JIRA/Project Planning Scheduler to support enterprise program planning for a DoW executive organization in Arlington, VA. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

The role focuses on configuring Jira environments, integrating schedules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into milestones, risks, and execution performance across complex portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business Admin, Project Management, or related discipline.
15+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or enterprise program support.
At least 5 years hands-on experience configuring or administering Jira environments.
Proven experience developing executive dashboards and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and maintain Jira environments supporting portfolio planning.
Develop standardized workflows, dashboards, and project tracking methodologies.
Integrate project schedules, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
Establish reporting mechanisms for executive portfolio oversight.
Support Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid PM methods.
Create Jira dashboards tracking status, variance, risks, and decisions.
