Job summary

GCyber is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support a high-profile DISA customer in Arlington, VA. You will configure and maintain JIRA dashboards and workflows to streamline cloud deployments and information sharing across defense and intelligence partners.

The role requires an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility, 4–8 years of relevant experience, and hands‑on JIRA administration. Strong scripting skills and experience with the Atlassian stack are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain CI Poly.
• BA/BS degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on JIRA administration.
• Scripting skills (bash/python) desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve current JIRA functionality while applying industry best practices.
• Administer applications and systems, including backups, scheduled jobs, and plugin compatibility testing.
• Manage and optimize JIRA projects, workflows, filters, dashboards, permissions, security, and integrations.
• Oversee user permissions and access for JIRA and Confluence across teams.
• Manage incident data, reporting, and analytics with stakeholder communication.
