E-INFOSOL LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Jira Developer to design, build, and maintain Jira and Jira Service Management solutions in a security-conscious environment.

The role emphasizes Groovy/ScriptRunner coding, REST API integrations, workflows, and data center/cloud cross-compatibility, with an active TS clearance.

You will work across ITSM processes, write efficient JQL and SQL queries, and document configurations and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Jira/JSM functionality using Groovy, Java and REST API integrations.
• Build and maintain automation scripts, post-functions, listeners, validators and conditions.
• Design and program workflows, screens, field configurations and context management.
• Integrate Jira/JSM with external systems via REST, JSON and data transformations.
• Work with Jira Assets/Insight to model objects and automate ITSM processes.
• Write optimized JQL queries, perform bulk operations and scripted searches.
• Develop SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Ensure functionality works across Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud.
• Troubleshoot complex scripting, workflow logic, API integrations and DB interactions.
• Provide documentation for custom development and integration patterns.
