E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a Jira Developer to design, build, and maintain Jira and Jira Service Management solutions in Washington, DC. This full-time role emphasizes custom development, automation, and integrations across Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud to deliver scalable, high-performance ITSM solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, and an active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if required.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Jira/JSM solutions with automation and integrations.
• Develop custom functionality using Groovy, Java, and REST APIs.
• Create and optimize workflows, fields, and contexts; write efficient SQL queries.
• Provide documentation for custom development and integration patterns.
