Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Software Services, and/or system administration.
• 2-3+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence Data Center.
• Proven ability to multitask and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for local JIRA Admin escalation.
• Provide system admin support for Jira and Confluence.
• Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues.
