Job summary

Not Specified is seeking a senior Jira and Confluence administrator to own cloud environments. You will manage Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, configure workflows, permissions, and user access, and troubleshoot integrations across enterprise systems.

You will provide L2/L3 support, develop integrations using REST APIs and webhooks, and work with business stakeholders to migrate and optimize cloud deployments. This is a fully remote role with strong autonomy in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of Jira and Confluence administration in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise with Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, JQL, and automation.
Experience supporting cloud migrations and collaborating with stakeholders.
Fully remote role based in India.
High ownership and independent operation in a complex enterprise environment.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

Administer Jira Cloud projects, users, workflows, permissions, and customizations.
Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot integration failures across enterprise systems.
