Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. seeks a senior Jira & Agile Transformation Consultant to support a PMO in Philadelphia during a rapid Agile transformation. You will help establish Jira governance, optimize workflows, and guide managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters through the change.

You will provide hands-on coaching, share practical strategies for agile adoption, and develop dashboards and reporting to ensure sustainable Jira practices beyond the engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing and administering Jira in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience advising PMOs during Agile transformations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Jira configuration, setup, and governance best practices.
• Evaluate Jira workflows for Agile and traditional delivery.
• Provide hands-on coaching to project managers, product owners, and scrum masters.
• Share real-world Agile implementation strategies, lessons learned, and "tricks of the trade."
• Assist with developing dashboards, reporting, backlog management, and sprint planning processes.
• Recommend approaches for managing hybrid projects that include software development, infrastructure, and COTS implementations.
• Support the PMO in establishing sustainable Jira practices that can be maintained after the engagement ends.
