Job summary

RTX seeks a skilled Jira Administrator to join the DevSecOps team for Jira server management across programs in a shared environment in the Northeast. You will oversee user access, workflows, and project structures while aligning configurations to program needs.

The role requires strong scripting and automation skills, experience with Confluence, GitLab, and Structure/ScriptRunner plug-ins, and the ability to obtain an interim security clearance. On-site in Marlborough MA or Tewksbury MA.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Experience configuring Jira workflows, permissions, and issue types.
• Experience with Jira automation, ScriptRunner, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee user accounts and permissions to EIM/AD groups.
• Ensure consistency across Jira projects and configurations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries.
• Assist with upgrades and tool integrations (Confluence, GitLab).
• Provide training and direct user support as needed.
