Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Jira Administrator to join the DevSecOps team in Marlborough MA or Tewksbury MA. You will manage user access, optimize Jira workflows, and coordinate with Confluence, GitLab, and other DevOps tools within a shared server environment for IS programs.

The role requires extensive Jira configuration experience, Jira automation, and scripting with Groovy/JavaScript, plus a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• 5+ years of Jira Administration experience with workflows, permissions, and issue types.
• Experience with Jira automation and scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, Jira dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with Structure plugin and Git/GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Oversee user accounts, permissions, and group memberships (EIM/AD).
• Standardize configurations across Jira projects and automate syncs.
• Perform regular system maintenance for reliability and performance.
• Provide troubleshooting support and user training as needed.
• Design and maintain Jira workflows, permissions, and project structures.
