Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business: understand needs, prioritize requirements, and translate into actionable solutions.
• Know the Business: map manufacturing, distribution, inventory, planning, and supply chain processes for JD Edwards support.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPIs.
• Design JDE Solutions: design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team.
• Support & Train Users: provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JDE Projects: own projects from requirements to implementation, manage scope and timelines.
• Keep Improving: bring best practices and continuous improvement to the organization.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: keep docs current and ensure data accuracy.
