Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with deep JD Edwards expertise to translate complex business needs into practical ERP solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across manufacturing and distribution, lead JD Edwards projects, and drive improvements in processes and data quality.

This on‑site role requires strong communication and independent work style. You will collaborate with Global Information Systems and Operations teams to ensure deployments

Qualifications

8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
Strong hands‑on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
Understanding of JD Edwards within a broader technology environment (config, customization, integrations).
Analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Develop deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
Drive process improvement and measure results with KPIs.
Design JD Edwards solutions with ERP team to address business needs and objectives.
Provide hands‑on support and training to ensure adoption of new functionality and enhancements.
Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
