Qualifications

• 10+ years IT application support / production operations in managed services or outsourcing.
• 5+ years in leadership overseeing multi-tier L1/L2/L3 teams.
• Experience standing up new teams, building processes, driving maturity.
• Hands-on with Mainframe (CA7, Autosys, JCL, COBOL) and Open Systems (Java, middleware).
• Strong track record managing senior client relationships in financial services.
