Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer in our Markets Technology group to lead backend development and modernization efforts across Auctions, Trading, Operations Planning, and Rates Production products. You will own complex integrations and drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You bring 5+ years of production-grade Java and Spring experience, strong design sense, and a track record delivering scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of production software engineering experience across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java/Spring.
• Lead architectural decisions and modernization initiatives across multiple domains.
• Collaborate across squads to ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability systems.
• Drive technical excellence with rigorous testing and code quality practices.
• Build and maintain scalable, low-latency services for high-throughput workloads.
