Job summary
Synechron in the United States is seeking a Senior Developer with strong hands-on Java and Python development, excellent knowledge of AWS cloud services, and exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools. The role focuses on building automation solutions, creating pipelines, and supporting deployments in a cloud-native environment.
Based in Piscataway, NJ, the base salary ranges from $110K to $120K per year plus benefits.
Qualifications
- Strong development experience in Java and Python.
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles, source control, and release management.
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Harness, Bitbucket, Nexus.
- Exposure to security vulnerability scanning tools – SNYK, CrowdStrike, SonarQube, Etc.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) concepts.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing new Enterprise application that should accommodate existing application inventory.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Document technical specifications and migration procedures.
- Design and provide architecture diagrams whenever needed for any application.
- Ability to conduct Design session with business teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and compliance regulations.
