Job summary

Synechron in the United States is seeking a Senior Developer with strong hands-on Java and Python development, excellent knowledge of AWS cloud services, and exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools. The role focuses on building automation solutions, creating pipelines, and supporting deployments in a cloud-native environment.

Based in Piscataway, NJ, the base salary ranges from $110K to $120K per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience in Java and Python.
• Good understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
• Working knowledge of DevOps principles, source control, and release management.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Harness, Bitbucket, Nexus.
• Exposure to security vulnerability scanning tools – SNYK, CrowdStrike, SonarQube, Etc.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) concepts.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new Enterprise application that should accommodate existing application inventory.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Document technical specifications and migration procedures.
• Design and provide architecture diagrams whenever needed for any application.
• Ability to conduct Design session with business teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and compliance regulations.

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Python development, excellent working knowledge of AWS cloud services, and exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools. The candidate should be capable of developing automation solution, Creating pipelines and debug failures, supporting applications teams for any deployment failures in a cloud-native environment.

Additional Information:

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factor. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $110K-$120K /year & benefits (see below
