Job summary

Synechron in New Jersey (Piscataway) seeks a senior Fullstack Engineer – SME/Manager to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native apps. You will guide engineering teams and drive best practices across both backend (Python, Go, Node.js) and frontend (React, Next.js).

Will architect microservices on Kubernetes with AWS EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation/Terraform, and own CI/CD pipelines for deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, Technical Lead, SME, or Engineering Manager in modern web development.
• Strong backend skills in Python, Go, and Node.js.
• Strong frontend skills in React and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
• Hands-on with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance fullstack applications.
• Lead backend development using Python, Go, and Node.js.
• Develop frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalability and reliability.
