Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership role.
• Extensive Java experience in high-throughput production environments.
• Hands-on design of microservices using Spring Boot and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade Java microservices for a high-volume global check payment platform.
• Architect event-driven distributed systems using Kafka and RESTful APIs.
• Own the modernization roadmap, migrating legacy components to cloud-native microservices.
• Lead platform performance engineering to meet SLA on availability, throughput, latency.
