Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• 8+ years of coding in Java (Spring Boot) and 2+ years of React (TypeScript, Redux).
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform) and environment provisioning.
• Proficiency in GenAI solutions and agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Java and React applications on AWS and internal clouds.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and drive a culture of learning.
• Ensure production stability through monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects in an Agile environment.
