NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Java to design and build scalable IT Operations software, and contribute to platform improvements across a large-scale cloud service. You will develop high-availability systems used by thousands of customers and mentors, shaping technical direction and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 10 years of Java software development experience.
• 5 years of experience with highly scalable systems.
• Proven experience in scaling systems and complex design challenges.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming design principles.
• Expertise in API design and RESTful services using Jersey or Spring.
• Proficient in relational database design and development.
• Experience with caching systems, particularly Redis.
• Knowledge of quality testing practices.

• Influence architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable systems.
