Cognizant is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. You will work across backend and frontend stacks using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Angular, and modern TypeScript to create cloud-ready solutions.

You’ll collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders in a hybrid setup across Pittsburgh, PA; Lake Mary, FL; or Westborough, MA, balancing development with modernization initiatives and strong engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java 17+.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API development, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and scalable design.
• Strong DB experience with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL, performance tuning.
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Camunda workflow orchestration.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
