Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a software engineer to contribute to Propulsion in-house CAD/CAE apps. You will apply OOP, Java/Angular, and automation testing to design, develop, test, and deploy components within a microservices framework on GCP. Strong SQL, testing, and GitHub skills are essential.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of Java full stack experience and 3+ years Angular. Excellent communication and ability to work independently are expected in a fast-paced, customer-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java full stack design of scalable web apps using microservices and REST APIs.
• 3+ years of Angular front-end development with real-time data updates.
• Minimum 5+ years SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL experience.
• GCP development and deployment (Cloud Run, Pub Sub, GCS).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with manual and automated testing (functional/integration/regression).
• Experience with GitHub or equivalent source control.
• Experience with TDD/BDD practices.
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues.
• Good communication and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases and requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver using Java/Angular and automation testing.
